Updated project files.

Browse source 
- Removed old project references.
- Updated Tests.MultiTarget.csproj.
- Removed DotNet.ILCompiler from CoreRT for now. Plan to revisit in the future.
- Removed logo from project. Uses Logo folder instead.
- Changed LICENSE to LICENSE.md.
